How long does delivery take?+
10-12 working days across India for metal frames. 6-7 days for keyholders. Every piece is made fresh at our Gurgaon workshop after you order.
Is COD available?+
COD is not available at this time. We accept UPI, cards, netbanking, and wallets via Razorpay.
What sizes are available?+
We offer Small (2 ft · 24×22 in), Medium (3 ft · 36×34 in), and Large (4 ft · 48×46 in) across most designs.
What material is the frame made of?+
2mm metal sheet with proper powder coating. Laser-cut for precision. Sturdy and long-lasting.
What if my order arrives damaged?+
Returns are accepted ONLY for damaged products. You must email an unboxing video to wallstks28@gmail.com within 4 days of delivery as proof. Start recording BEFORE opening the sealed package. Without the video, we cannot process a claim.
