Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch
You can cancel your order anytime before it ships (usually within 24 hours of placing the order) for a full refund. Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] or WhatsApp [WHATSAPP NUMBER] with your order number.
After Dispatch
Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You can, however, refuse delivery when the courier arrives — the order will return to us and we'll process a refund minus shipping charges.
How to Cancel

- Provide your order number (starts with #)
- We'll confirm cancellation within 1 business day
- Refund will be initiated within 3–5 business days to your original payment method
Refund Timeline
- UPI / Wallets: 1–3 business days
- Cards / Netbanking: 5–7 business days
- COD orders: Refunded via bank transfer within 5–7 business days (bank details required)
Partial Cancellations
If your order contains multiple items and you want to cancel only some, contact us before dispatch. Partial cancellations after dispatch are not possible.
