Delivery Timeline

Metal wall frames: 5–7 working days across India
Keyholders: 3–5 working days across India
Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): usually faster
Orders are dispatched from our workshop in Delhi NCR

Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all orders ₹999 and above
Orders under ₹999: ₹79 flat shipping fee
Cash on Delivery (COD) available on select pincodes (extra ₹50 COD fee applies)

Order Processing

Orders placed before 3:00 PM IST on business days ship the same day
Orders after 3:00 PM ship the next business day
Business days: Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays)

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email and WhatsApp. Track your order anytime via our shipping partner's tracking page.

Delivery Partners

We ship via reputable courier partners including Delhivery, Shiprocket, and Blue Dart depending on your location.

Delivery Attempts

Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the order returns to our warehouse and we'll contact you to reschedule (additional charges may apply).

International Shipping

Currently we only ship within India. For international enquiries, WhatsApp us at [WHATSAPP NUMBER].

Damaged Packages

Please inspect your package upon delivery. If it looks damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us within 24 hours with photos. We'll ship a replacement free of cost.
