How is the personalization done?
We laser-engrave directly into the metal at the time of cutting. It's not a sticker — it's permanent. Your text becomes part of the frame.
Can I see a proof before you ship?
Yes — we send a WhatsApp proof within 24 hours of your order. You approve, we produce. If you want changes, we make them free.
How is it mounted on the wall?
Each frame ships with adhesive 3M Command strips (no nails needed) plus optional screw mounts for permanent installation. Wall-friendly.
Will it work on textured walls?
Yes for smooth, painted, or wallpapered walls. For heavily textured walls (brick, exposed concrete), use the included screw mount option.
What if I don't like it?
Personalized pieces are non-returnable since they're made for you. Stock pieces have a 7-day no-questions return. We always send a proof first to make sure you'll love it.
