  • Refunds are not guaranteed once access or delivery is provided.

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

  • Refunds are considered only if:

    • Service was not delivered

    • Product was technically defective

    • Wrong product was provided


3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Partial usage of services

  • Downloaded digital content

  • Free trials or promotional offers

  • Delay caused by customer-side issues


4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders or subscriptions can be canceled before service activation.

  • Once the service has started, cancellation may not be eligible for refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
